1. Warranty Coverage
HY products come with a 6 months to 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
2. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at
info@gpitech.in. Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice.
Product Inspection: You may be required to send the product to our designated service center for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by HY if the defect is confirmed.
3. Warranty Claims Processing
1. Once your claim is received, we will process it within 7-10 business days.
2. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. If repair is not possible, a replacement product of the same model will be provided.
3. If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of the costs for repair or replacement.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Damage from exposure to extreme conditions or environmental factors.
3. Batteries or other consumables.
5. Limitation of Liability
HY’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
